A citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, born in 1995 in Pavlodar, Pavlodar Region.

In 2018, he graduated from the Russian Academy of Entrepreneurship (Moscow, Russian Federation) with a degree in Economics. In 2019, he graduated with honors from the EU Business School (Geneva, Switzerland), earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

He began his career in the nuclear industry in 2020 at JSC NAC Kazatomprom as a Manager of the Organizational and Analytical Division within the Corporate Finance Department.

Between 2021 and 2025, he held the positions of Chief Manager and Chief Expert of the Corporate Finance Department at JSC NAC Kazatomprom.

He joined JSC "JV ZARECHNOE" in 2025 as the Head of the Planning and Economic Department.

In April 2026, he was appointed Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance at JSC "JV ZARECHNOE".

He holds no concurrent employment.
