A citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was born on October 21, 1982, in the village of Chulakkurgan, Sozak district, South Kazakhstan region.

Graduated from Tomsk Polytechnic University, Faculty of Physics and Technology, specializing in "Chemical Technology of Rare Elements and Materials based on them (1999-2005), was awarded a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree (2022).

After graduating from the university, in April 2005, commenced professional career as a Technologist at the Refining Workshop of the Chemical and Metallurgical Plant of the Taukent Mining and Chemical Combine, a branch of the Mining Company LLP.

In the period from 2006 to 2017, he worked as a Technologist at the Processing Site of productive solutions of the Kanzhugan mine and Chief Engineer of the Chemical and Metallurgical Plant at the Taukent Mining and Chemical Enterprise LLP, then he was appointed Head of the Refining Workshop of Kazatomprom – Sauran LLP.

From May 2017 to September 2018, Served as Chief Manager (technologist) and head of the "Production and Technical Department" of DP ORTALYK LLP.

From 2018 to 2020, he held the position of Deputy Chairman for Production at JSC "Volkovgeologiya".  

In May 2020, he continued his career in the uranium industry at JSC JV ZARECHNOYE as Deputy General Director for Production, and in February 2024 he was appointed General Director  of  JSC JV ZARECHNOYE.
