A citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was born on May 19, 1988 in the Kyzylorda region, Karmakchinsky district, the village of Zhosaly. Married, has three children.

In 2005-2009 he studied at the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University, at the Faculty of Oil and Gas, specializing in «Technological Machinery and Equipment». In 2015-2016, he completed professional retraining at Tomsk Polytechnic University, specializing in the Technology of Underground Borehole Uranium Leaching. In 2018-2022, he studied at ALMA University (International Business Academy), where he received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

He started his career in the nuclear industry in June 2009 at Remmontazhservice LLP (RMS-Shieli) as a repairman in a repair and installation shop. In September of the same year, he was transferred to the post of mechanic of the same workshop.

In September 2010, he was hired by Kyzylkum LLP as a mechanic at the Site of the Geo-Technological Landfill (SGTL) and repair and restoration work (RRW)  of the Khorasan-1 mine. Since September 2014, he served as head of the SRRW of the Khorasan-1 mine. In January 2018, he was appointed Deputy Director of the Khorasan-1 mine for general issues, and since July 2019 — Director of this mine.

Since March 2024, he has held the position of Deputy of the Production and Technical Department of Kyzylkum LLP. In March 2025, he was appointed Deputy General Director for Production of JSC JV ZARECHNOYE.
