In 2013, he graduated from the Tashkent Financial Institute with a Master's degree in International Finance and a bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics in 2011.

He started his career as an audit specialist for financial statements. He worked for the auditing companies Grant Thornton and KPMG. Since 2019, he began his career in the nuclear industry as Head of the Financial Reporting Department at JV Inkai LLP.

In 2024, he was appointed Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance at JSC JV ZARECHNOYE.
