Employees of the Company are provided with social support in order to establish favourable conditions for their efficient work, retaining and involvement of qualified personnel.
According to this Provision employees of the Company to be provided with the following types of social support:
- financial assistance of non-recurrent nature;
- compensational payments;
- medical insurance (health insurance);
In provision of social support to the employees the Company is governed by the following principles:
- existence of grounds and reasonable need to provide social support to an employee;
- transparency and efficiency;
- availability of funds for provision of social support in the Company’s budget;
- responsibility.
The amount of funds for provision of social support stipulated by this Provision is allocated in the Company’s budget within relevant items. The cost of social support could be allocated in the budget only, where the Company has planned stable financial indicators against the preceding period.
At the account of the Company the employees may get paid the following types of financial assistance:
- for recovery upon provision of annual paid leave in the amount not exceeding two monthly salaries;
- maternity/paternity (adoption) aid in the amount of one monthly salary of an employee. In the event, where both parents are the Company employees, financial aid shall be paid only to one of them by their discretion;
- in case of death:
- of an employee: the amount of onetime payment to one of the family members or, in the absence of same, to the person undertaking funeral shall be defined by the conditions of Collective Agreement;
- of spouse, children, parents of an employee: the amount of onetime payment to the employee shall be defined by the conditions of Collective Agreement;
- for medical treatment (surgery) of an employee in accordance with the list of diseases, which may lead to temporary disability for the period exceeding two months, approved in established order, or in other exceptional cases, if the cost of treatment (surgery) exceeds the limit established by the Company’s health insurance scheme, upon approval of General Director.
